Role is a support role in Krakow, reporting to the Chief of Staff of Global Networks and Data Center Strategy. The role will develop over time with more and more responsibility as various aspects of the Chief of Staff position can be taken over and proven successful.
The role is a combination of activity/project management and business management.

• Oversight & management of the Workforce, staffing, onboarding, organisation charts, and recruitment. This includes an overall view of the workforce plan, and an accurate timing of hires, internalizations, exits, etc. This is accomplished through both use of UBS tools and working with line managers
• organising and facilitating townhalls, group meetings, and actions/activities.
• aid and facilitate Communities of practice and informal events and actions
• pro actively understand upcoming issues and concerns and work with the MC to resolve and avoid
• liase with the OM team in workforce, OUs, BrassRings, PPM, and ensuring the organization remains compliant will all deliverables and chasing
• proactively suggest and discover opportunities to improve the organisation
• organise and prioritise your workload effectively, understanding the demands and priorities of the MC
• administrate and collate sharepoints
• help in managing young talent development
• maintenance of data including OU structure namings
