JIH is looking for a visionary Chief to lead its Department of Surgery. Working with an international team of physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrators, the Chief of Surgery will have an opportunity to shape the strategic direction of surgery within JIH and all of its clinics and centers including JICC, and lead efforts in clinical excellence and administrative distinction.

Your role will be critical in JIH’s continued growth and expansion goals. The Chief of Surgery will be responsible for establishing, directing and running inpatient and ambulatory surgical services at JIH. The Chief will oversee the recruitment, training and mentoring of surgical professionals; will lead care teams to provide team-based patient care and lead the development of evidence-based surgical practice policies.
