About Our Company
Australian International Child Care is an Australian owned company working in
China since 2007.
We currently employ close to 200 staff, and put a large emphasis on
international progressive childhood development strategies, ensuring a high
level of education for all of our students. We now have fve programs in two
provinces with plans to open additional programs in other cities already in
progress.

Introducing Our Unique “Partnership Program”
Through our new “Partnership Program” we open the door for our teachers to substantially increase their income.
Teachers are invited to give weekend and/or after-school classes. Tuition collected for these classes are shared with the teacher as follows:

If the total income for a class is:
 more than 500 RMB, you get 10% of the income
 more than 800 RMB, you get 15% of the income
 more than 1,000 RMB, you get 50% of the income
 more than 1,400 RMB, you get 60% of the income
 more than 1,800 RMB, you get 70% of the income!

Suppose you offer a weekend ESL class for which the tuition is 100 RMB and you enroll 20 students. That means the total income in 2000 RMB. This is more than 1,800 RMB so you get 70%, or 1,400 RMB/class. Teach every weekend for 10 months and you would have an income in addition to your salary of 56,000 RMB! Teach four classes like this a week and you would get 224,000 RMB or double your salary!
