✓ Process control & sustain at Wire Bonding process: Documents (FMEA/CP/SOP/WI) generation and update, system creating.

✓ Yield improvement and quality enhancement.

✓ Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and quickly action taken.

✓ Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data.

✓ Lead KIP projects on cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements.

✓ New material/tooling development.

✓ 8D prepare and present for QAF/RMA cases.

✓ Support other function teams for key projects.

✓ Bachelor or above in Mechatronics or Material Science.

✓ 5+ year working experience in wire bonding process, stack die product experience will be preferred.

✓ WB material/tooling knowledge in design and optimization. (Wire/Capillary/Heat Block/Wire Clamp…).

✓ Be familiar with wire bonder and creating new wire bonding recipe independently.

✓ Experienced in process control and improvement, data analysis, and problem solving

✓ Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc.

✓ Be familiar with reporting/data analysis software.(PPT, excel, JMP, Minitab, AUTOCAD, Solidwork…)

✓ Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.

✓ Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.

✓ Good verbal and written in English.
