We are hiring a China C&B Manager lead a team for a wellknown America Chemical company in Shanghai.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall direction and management of China compensation and benefit programs. Design, develop, and administer compensation and benefit programs which support the China competitive and talent retention objectives.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Align with global rewards philosophy and strategy, develop the regional compensation and benefit strategy to support business goals as well as the regional human resource objectives

? Provide expertise support and governance of compensation and benefit programs and policies to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, compliance and sustainability in China

? Work closely with global, local C&B team, HR partners and business leaders/managers to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation and benefit programs locally

? Member of the global C&B team contributing to global programs and initiatives

? Manage the expatriates through the whole assignment circle and provide expertise especially in the tax area

? Interacts with external consultants and government agencies to stay informative of industrial trends

? Regularly monitor data integrity to ensure the proper management of HRMIS

? Drive the process optimization for all the compensation, benefit and expatriate management across the region

? Drive talent analytics and provide the insights for the talent attraction, retention and motivation

? Overall owner of annual salary planning including provide the guideline, drive the process and implementation

? Manage and coach regional C&B team across the AP region.

Required Skills:

? Expert level knowledge of trends and developments in compensation & benefits in China.

? In-depth knowledge and experiences in design, management and administration of base pay, benefits, short term incentive, long term incentive, and other C&B programs. Knowledge and experiences in expatriate management.

? Strong analytical capability on total compensation and benefits elements.

? Demonstrate leadership capability, including ability to innovate, inspire, empower, and coach others in the work group, sometime work in virtual teams.
