Job Description

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The CyberSecurity Officer controls the operational implementation of security policies with the Technical department and the Business Solutions department.


The CyberSecurity Officer oversees the security audits and coordinates the remediation plan with the local teams.

The CyberSecurity Officer ensures the implementation of the security by design and an acceptable level of risk within the projects.

Within the Louis Vuitton Asia organization, the CyberSecurity Officer reports locally to the IS&T Manager of Louis Vuitton China and to the Global Asia CISO.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures that security policies are updated and in line with the local regulations.
  • Contributes to the security community of Louis Vuitton.
  • Identifies risks and contribution of the security policies update:
o Oversees regular security audits of the Information System (IT or application), analyzes risks and identifies the security improvements of the Information System.
o Partners with the technical and business solutions departments in order to choose the most appropriate technical solutions to the Louis Vuitton needs.
  • Oversees the implementation of security solutions:
o Builds, develops security solutions and ensures their implementation and proper usage
o Ensures the implementation of the security and privacy by design in all projects
o Audits on regular basis the Information System and builds monthly or ad-hoc basis security dashboards
  • Pilots the management of security incidents and proposes solutions to quickly restore the services.
  • Communication and training on security standards (in collaboration with the Global Asia CISO):
o In case of security incidents, ensures the right communication to users
o Participates to the definition of on-site security training and learning for end users
  • Regulatory and security watch:
o Ensures a security technology watch to guarantee logical and physical security of the Information System.
o Identifies new risks or threats that could have an impact for Louis Vuitton (e.g. virus/malware/ransomware, cyber-attack…)
o Maintains close relationships with local regulators.
  • Manages the security IT budget for zone organization and countries.
  • Manages, coaches, develops and motivate team members to ensure a security and risk culture.


PRINCIPAL SKILLS,
KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED


  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Strong technical knowledge on Security, Network and Telecom architecture
  • General knowledge of China Cybersecurity Law scope and principles, and MLPS assessment experience
  • Good technical knowledge on application architecture
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Customer service-oriented mind set
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • Other languages (French, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese)

Technical Skills/certifications:
  • CISSP certification - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • PCI DSS certification - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
  • Security penetration testing
