You will work under the leadership of global manager to demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role the person will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within a functional area of expertise, be involved in both short and long-term planning, and contribute to the daily management and global communication.
Essential Responsibilities: The person will act as the strategic and operational arm of the global management leadership team and bring a depth of technical product acumen that will enable commercial strategies to be developed which generate product value recognition within the respective customer base and to win and meet targets.
- Over see the business operational process under the supervision of global management
- Develop relationships with clients globally.
- Analyze and present market dynamics, develop customer segmentation, trends, opportunities and risks.
- Develop a strong partnership with sales, commercial operations, product & platform leadership and customers.
- Provide market intelligence and crucial inputs to facilitate commercial product leadership.
- Drive structure and strategies for key customer communications, events & trade shows when they occur.
Qualifications Change
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Five years working experiences in the marketing and management
- Medical/dental background is preferred
- Excellent written / oral communication & presentation skills combined with boardroom presence.
- Master's in Business Administration is preferred. - Medical industry background, specifically dental area
