Job Description
Define China market e-commerce growth strategies (Own, Direct, Indirect) together with headquarters & global e-commerce to address local market growth opportunities: roadmap, ecommerce platforms, key business drivers and targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
Manage all aspects of the China E-Commerce business including, merchandise planning, promotional campaigns, online marketing, website design and customer service.
Set up and track KPIs across different functions and brands
Oversee projects of cross-functional teams, engaging with merchandisers, analysts, graphic designers, social media, and PR teams based in the headquarters to ensure design and solutions are accurately produced and developed
Manage3rd party external platforms through a partner (including Tmall, Taobao, & others) and develop promotional calendars and merchandising strategies to achieve business goals
Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content
Manage projects ensuring that all deadlines are met and that results are delivered on budget and within expectations
Provide expertise on current China E-Commerce industry best practices
Proactively communicate the status of projects to business owners and key stakeholders as needed; manage project deliverables/launch expectations with all business owners on behalf of the E-Commerce team
Work with analytics team to understand all aspects of web analytics related to E-Commerce China and communicate relevant information to team members to improve the site.
Directly supervise and manage e-commerce team to ensure sales and profitability results of Own E-Commerce.

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline;
Must speak fluent English, both written and oral, and Chinese highly valuable
Must have 2-4 years of strategic E-Commerce management experience with the proven ability to develop/implement and manage a successful E-Commerce business in China
Deep functional skill in all aspects of e-commerce and digital marketing of China market. Strong knowledge of various online marketing channels in China across both web and mobile channels
Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team and manage multiple direct reports with strong communication skills
Business and commercial acumen, Strong Business finance understanding.
