Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with frontline managers and employees on implementing HR strategies and solutions, in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
  • Supports/Facilitates all cyclical HR activities for China under Functional HRBP’s directions and guidance.
  • Supports/Facilitates manager forums in China.
  • Supports functional HRBPs on ER within assigned GEO and for GEO business leaders.
  • Maintains and develops knowledge of country/GEO employment practices, cultural norms.
  • Main point of contact for assigned GEO – competitiveness on pay and benefits, local vendor management and input to SMEs, communication of benefit program.
  • Support key HR programs’ local execution on Talent Development, Employee Engagement.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR work experience.
  • Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation knowledge.
  • Ability to work on multitasks.
  • Solid HR acumen including problem solving, self-initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, good communications and listening skills, and a team player attitude.
  • Proven effective execution capability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience on employee relation is preferred.
  • Solid HR Generalist Experiences.
  • MNC work experience.
