Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with frontline managers and employees on implementing HR strategies and solutions, in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Supports/Facilitates all cyclical HR activities for China under Functional HRBP’s directions and guidance.
- Supports/Facilitates manager forums in China.
- Supports functional HRBPs on ER within assigned GEO and for GEO business leaders.
- Maintains and develops knowledge of country/GEO employment practices, cultural norms.
- Main point of contact for assigned GEO – competitiveness on pay and benefits, local vendor management and input to SMEs, communication of benefit program.
- Support key HR programs’ local execution on Talent Development, Employee Engagement.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR work experience.
- Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation knowledge.
- Ability to work on multitasks.
- Solid HR acumen including problem solving, self-initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skill, good communications and listening skills, and a team player attitude.
- Proven effective execution capability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience on employee relation is preferred.
- Solid HR Generalist Experiences.
- MNC work experience.
