Job description:
1\. Face to face handle employee's documents receive/distribute related to
HR business.
2\. Handle HR related daily queries from internal employees, managers and
HR partners via email, phone and Skype for business.
3\. Master HR policy, process and system in one month after training.
4\. Support COE team on daily tasks, such as issue certificates.
5\. Initiate and follow up on process enhancements.
#### Position Requirements:
Position Qualifications:
1\. Bachelor degree or above, HR major is preferred.
2\. 1 to 3 years of related experience in HR service delivery.
3\. Advanced in MS office, outlook and especially excel skill.
4\. Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
5\. Team Work and good collaboration.
6\. Customer orientated mindset.
7\. Quick learning ability.
