Task Description:
- Leading the China Issue Resolution Team with participants from crossfunctional and cross organisational parties, such as DGRC RD, DGRC MP, BMBS CT, BMBS CW, BBAC RD and BBAC QM/QEC
- Gather/cluster/prioritize market feedback for chassis and cooling parts from Chinese market together with the market sensor responsible counterparts.
- Collaboration with the PF teams in Germany for the chassis modulgroups MG4x (axles, tires and rims, brakes, suspension/damping, stearing system) and the cooling module group MG51. Online participation in PF team meetings, AET, QGP/V in Germany on request.
- Trigger and push root cause analysis for complained parts from the Chinese market incl. onsite investigations in the dealer and workshop network and at supplier production together with relevant partners from the China Issue Resolution Team.
- Initiate and track the implementation for issue resolutions together with the responsible PF team in Germany and the local responsible RD and quality engineers.
- Report topics in the respective quality committees in Germany (PF Team, AET, QGP/V) and China (China Sensor Round, China Issue Board, QGP China)
- Support the continues improvement of the issue resolution process for the Chinese market.
