• Drafting, review and negotiating of project development, cooperation, construction, O&M and other commercial contracts;
• Legal matters related to employment law, intellectual property, environmental and real estate related legal compliance.
• Ensuring regulatory reporting and compliance according to the requirements of the company and the HQ.
• Liaising closely with regulators, government, customers, partners, counter-parties and other internal colleagues.

• PRC Bar qualification;
• First tier PRC law school graduate with foreign education experience as a plus;
• 5-10 year working experience as a practicing lawyer and/or in-house counsel with first tier law firms or large multinational companies;
• Proven experience in the renewable energy sector especially in solar PV transactions;
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Energetic, proactive with can-do attitude and ability to effectively perform under pressure;
• Open and candid communicator with good communication skills;
• Quick learner with strong curiosity to understand the business and explore viable solutions.
