Key Responsibilities


  • Reception and arrangement for visitors of invitation letter, hotel booking, car pick up etc.
  • Work with IT, HR, Facility and 3rd party for maintenance of office equipment (printer, coffee machine, air cleaner)
  • Supplier management such as ISS, landlord, construction vendor etc.
  • Work with Finance of payment of lease, water, electricity etc, and fixed assets management
  • Department documentation management (contract, quotation, report etc.)
  • Purchase office stationery and department daily necessities]


Qualifications and Skills


Basic Qualifications


  • Excellent in both verbal & written English
  • College graduated or above
  • Good teamwork and be able to work under pressure
  • Work hardly with quick learning

Preferred Qualifications


  • Excellent execution in the job
  • Be patient and cautious in the work is important
