Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and arrangement for visitors of invitation letter, hotel booking, car pick up etc.
- Work with IT, HR, Facility and 3rd party for maintenance of office equipment (printer, coffee machine, air cleaner)
- Supplier management such as ISS, landlord, construction vendor etc.
- Work with Finance of payment of lease, water, electricity etc, and fixed assets management
- Department documentation management (contract, quotation, report etc.)
- Purchase office stationery and department daily necessities]
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent in both verbal & written English
- College graduated or above
- Good teamwork and be able to work under pressure
- Work hardly with quick learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent execution in the job
- Be patient and cautious in the work is important
