Job Description
临时工
Job Responsibilities:

1. Reception and arrangement for visitors of invitation letter, hotel booking, car pick up etc.
2. Work with IT, HR, Facility and 3rd party for maintenance of office equipment (printer, coffee machine, air cleaner)
3. Supplier management such as ISS, landlord, construction vendor etc.
4. Work with Finance of payment of lease, water, electricity etc, and fixed assets management
5. Department documentation management (contract, quotation, report etc.)
6. Purchase office stationery and department daily necessities

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

1. Excellent in both verbal & written English
2. College graduated or above
3. Good teamwork and be able to work under pressure
4. Work hardly with quick learning

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Excellent execution in the job
2. Be patient and cautious in the work is important
