Job Duties 職責:

• Responsible for all production functions and processes for Chinese cuisine according to Company guidelines
• Maintain high standards day-to-day operations in kitchen and food presentation
• Formulate menus in line with customer expectations
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces
• 根據準則協助預備及烹煮每餐中菜膳食，為客人提供餐飲服務
• 維持日常廚房營運順暢及食物擺設完好
• 根據客戶期望設計並更新餐單
• 保持廚房整潔，確保運作順暢及有較率

Requirements 任職要求:

• Form 3 graduate or above, with diploma or equivalent vocational training are preferred
• 5 to 10 years relevant working experience in banquet services and catering industry
• Competent knowledge of Chinese cuisine and large scale food production
• Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in both Cantonese and English are preferred. Able to read and write English 
• 中三學歷程度或以上，或或持有相關的職業訓練文憑
• 5至10年餐飲工作經驗，曾於宴會服務之工作經驗為佳
• 具豐富中菜及大規模食物製作的知識
• 勤奮，守時，有禮及有責任感，有良好溝通技巧及人際關係
• 良好粵語及一般英語。懂閱讀及書寫英文

Place of work 工作地點:

• Jordan (Monday to Friday 05:00a.m. to 04:00p.m.)
• 佐敦 (星期一至五 上午5時至下午4時)
