A Cloakroom Supervisor is responsible for supervising cloakroom operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring adequate staffing and maintaining security of guest property.

As a Cloakroom Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising cloakroom operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Cloakroom Supervisor will also be required to ensure there is adequate staffing and maintain security of guest property. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise cloakroom operations and ensure adequate staffing
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Maintain security of all guest property
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Be environmentally aware
• Attend training provided by the hotel
