Our mission is to provide international companies, especially Chinese exporters to Bahrain, with full protection for their transactions by verifying buyers, preparing enforceable agreements, and ensuring smooth debt recovery.

Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Chinese Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The role requires direct sales, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth by connecting with Chinese companies exporting to Bahrain as well as the Chinese business community in Bahrain (especially Dragon City).

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct direct sales and actively promote our services to Chinese companies exporting to Bahrain as well as Chinese companies located in Bahrain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the Chinese business community (especially Dragon City).
• Identify potential clients, present solutions, and close deals.
• Represent the company professionally in both the Chinese and Bahraini markets.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to expanding the company’s client base.

Qualifications:
• Must be Chinese (Mandarin speaker) with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong network with Chinese companies, especially exporters to Bahrain.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional.

Location & Compensation:
• Candidates based in Bahrain: Full-time/part-time with fixed salary + commission.
• Candidates based outside Bahrain (remote): Commission-based success.
