岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1、根据教学大纲，有计划的指导外教，对其教学、科研等方面进行相互的探讨与交流；
According to the syllabus, guide the foreign teachers in a planned way, and discuss and communicate with each other in teaching, scientific research, etc;
2、承担课程说明会讲座以及解答家长关于课程相关的问题；
To give lectures and answer parents' questions about the course;
3、指导与管理教学班主任(外教助教)的日常工作。

任职资格：
Qualifications:
1、本科以上学历，有3年以上少儿英语培训行业经验；
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experience in children's English training industry;
2、英语专业出身，从事过教学工作，熟悉自然拼读，语法，句型等课程的教学工作；
English major background, engaged in teaching work, familiar with natural spelling, grammar, sentence pattern and other courses of teaching work;
3、热爱教育行业，具备良好的品格，能对自己工作负责任；
Love the education industry, have a good character, can be responsible for their work;
4、有教师资格证等相关证件；

5、有较强的语言表达及沟通能力，责任心强，富有亲和力和良好的团队合作精神。
