JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, Teaching and Class Management
-Planning and teaching 18-22 Lessons/week to G1-G9 students (age 8-16, Lessons include
Listening and Speaking, Reading, General Studies, Global Perspective etc.)
-Submitting teaching plans and PPTs at the beginning of each month, class observation records at
the end of each semester, etc.
-Maintaining students’ behavior & discipline in class and making report to subject/homeroom teachers
if necessary
Tracking, Assessment, Recording, Reporting
-Assessing and tracking student performance, progress and providing ongoing guidance to
students for improvement
-Preparing, assigning, grading homework for students
-Preparing English oral and written tests for students, grading exam papers and producing
performance analysis
-Participating in academic meeting and research meeting
Extra-Curricular Activities
-Support the school-level, national or international competitions as a coach and judge
-Lead one or more agreed Extra-Curricular classes
-Participating in regular meetings, planning and organizing student activities, open classes, festive
performance and decoration, co-hosting events or school promotion with other English teachers.
Working Time
-8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
（generally a 5 day 40 hours schedule, exact time schedule may differ by school or position.）

REQUIREMENTS
-Candidate from English-Speaking Countries.
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master degree is preferred
-Two or more years’ teaching experience in relevant subject
-Minimum TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate, Teaching License in relevant subject preferred
-Physically and mentally healthy
-No Criminal Record
