Job Description
The position is created to be responsible for implement national campaigns and assist Sr. brand manager to initiate brand strategy.
Brand strategy initiate:
  • Assist brand strategy initiation
  • Assist brand messages development
Competitive intelligence and KOL engagement:
  • Build strong relationship with KOLs
  • Collect customers insight, identify market opportunity to help team create business solution
Project/programs execution:
  • Initiate and implement national campaigns
  • Develop promotion contents
  • Operation expense management
  • Develop training material and implement training of product knowledge and brand strategy to sales team/regional marketing team
  • Manage the performance of agency partners
Cross-functional communication:

Keep close communication in BU and other cross-function team to ensure execution excellence

基本资格要求

Essential
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 3 years related working experience
  • Good command for Microsoft Office
Desirable
  • Brand team or regional marketing experience is necessary
  • Medical/ clinical background as preferred

  • Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge / skill and apply learning with speed
  • Influence: lead without authority both internally and externally
  • Communication: articulate clearly in both oral and written communication
  • Team spirit: achieve results through team work as a valued leader / member in different setting
