Your new role – Shaping the transition to a circular economy in a leading corporate real estate company. As part of the global Innovation, Technology & Sustainability team, you will… accelerate the transition to a circular economy for construction and fit-out projects globally frame a progressive resource efficiency agenda for Siemens Real Estate and define strategies to accelerate decoupling natural resource utilization from environmental impacts explore new business models (“x as a service”) to promote circularity in supply chains specify design principles and guidance for longevity, disassembly and material health define KPIs and metrics to measure circular and resource efficient buildings and products work on decision proposals for top management and help to communicate new requirements into the global organization You can expect to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment where pro-active and independent engagement is a precondition Your qualifications – rock-solid skill set paired with field experiences and insistency to disrupt the real estate industry You have an academic degree in material science, chemical engineering or a comparable scientific education You have many years of professional experience with at least several years in real estate business You have proven experiences in circular design practices (e.g., Cradle to Cradle) and resource efficient construction You are familiar with transparency & disclosure standards for building materials and furniture Experiences and or accreditation with regards to the WELL Building Standard is a big plus Having a consultancy background is a big plus as well Editing complicated matters in a simple and precise, yet comprehensive and concise manner is one of your key competencies You are an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills We expect an excellent command of English What we offer. 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard Attractive remuneration package Development opportunities for both personal and professional growth 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG Find more benefits here Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences.
