Responsibilities:

• Provide voice technical support, operation and troubleshooting job, primarily in Hong Kong but with some opportunity to support other locations in the APAC region
• BAU system Moves, Adds & Changes
• Perform voice related project (e.g. CUCM/CUC upgrade, Recorder upgrade, BT migration, Speakerbus migration, Datacenter relocation related task)
• Raise paperwork like Change ticket/purchase request/order etc,
• Daily voice reconciliation check

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience with Cisco Call manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Expressway
• BT trader voice and Speakerbus Intercom knowledge is definitely a plus
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of voice recording job
• Able to provide onsite morning support (07:30-09:00)
• Able to work on Saturday or Sunday
