Responsibilities:

Provide voice technical support, operation and troubleshooting job, primarily in Hong Kong but with some opportunity to support other locations in the APAC region

BAU system Moves, Adds & Changes

Perform voice related project (e.g. CUCM/CUC upgrade, Recorder upgrade, BT migration, Speakerbus migration, Datacenter relocation related task)

Raise paperwork like Change ticket/purchase request/order etc,

Daily voice reconciliation check

Requirement:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines

Experience with Cisco Call manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Expressway

BT trader voice and Speakerbus Intercom knowledge is definitely a plus

Knowledge and hands-on experience of voice recording job

Able to provide onsite morning support (07:30-09:00)

Able to work on Saturday or Sunday
