This position is in the Global Consumer Bank Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program Management Office (PMO) working on the OneKYC Program management team. The OneKYC Program was launched to implement the future state Operating Model and CitiKYC platform design and developed as part of the Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Customer (CDD / KYC) Program. The OneKYC program is designed to achieve an enterprise-wide Business-owned global platform that enables the implementation and maintenance of the KYC Operating Model for a globally consistent structure for program execution across Businesses and client type.

The primary responsibility of the person in this role will be to assist in all GCB AML PMO production support activities across both Retail and Cards, for global application rollouts, upgrades and BAU activities. This position will provide coordination across the subject work stream, including issue tracking, escalation and resolution, analyses of key production issues and impacts, and reporting and communications,. The person will assist with the coordination of regional and country business representatives and Technology to ensure production support issues are identified and addressed.

This position is responsible for:

• Assisting with INC and PRB triaging; driving resolution on high priority issues
• Providing a global perspective on production support issues and priorities, identifying and communicating common concerns and promoting knowledge sharing across regions
• Data patch management and coordination
• Creating and maintaining reports within Service Now and assisting with Production Support weekly MIS reporting
• Conducting ad hoc analytical and special projects work
• Coordinating with regions to gather validation/failure status as issues are resolved by Technology
• Working with SMEs to develop functionality validation tests for change requests and scoping items included in each new release; coordinating implementation of validations across regions
• Creating and maintaining a common calendar covering KYC releases, Consumer Tech releases and other regional projects impacting KYC
• Helping to ensure consistent implementation of project management methodology, tools, and reporting at country, regional, global level according to GAML PMO standards as well as with corporate standards.
• Assisting with implementation of best practices and process improvements
• Assisting in the development and execution of project management tasks such as project schedule, documentation, and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Production Support experience on a global application.
• Experience in project management for systems implementations. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in order to meet demanding deadlines
• Strong analytical inquisitiveness and problem solving skills; an ability to ask insightful questions, sift through complexity and break analytical challenges into workable components and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be persuasive and capable of working in groups. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams from different geographies and cultures to achieve objectives: leveraging other people's skills and expertise. Must be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Should be able to effectively communicate with Senior Management, for presentations, decision making and problem resolution.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Experience in CitiKYC, AML or other regulatory projects is desired
• Advanced user in Excel, able to create complex workbooks and link with SharePoint
• Advanced PowerPoint user, able to create decks for presentations to senior managers and regional and technology teams
• Experienced SharePoint user, must be able to create and maintain site and folders
• Should be able to work to extended working hours including weekends due to global time zone variances
• Prior production support/incident management experience

• Strong project management background. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from a global perspective with multiple stakeholders. PMP or CAPM preferred
• Experience in AML or other regulatory projects is desirable
• Demonstrated abilities in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
• High level of analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to execute under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
• Experience working effectively with a global team in a virtual environment
• 5-8 years of experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
