This position is in the Global Consumer Bank Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program Management Office (PMO) working on the OneKYC Program management team. The primary responsibility of the person in this role will be to assist in all GCB UAT planning activities, across both Retail and Cards, for all CitiKYC global application rollouts. This position will provide coordination across the subject work stream, including assisting with tools and methods, communication, issue escalation and resolution. The person will assist with the coordination of regional and country business representatives to ensure consistent and timely staging of data required for the successful execution of testing.

  • Assist with the coordination and planning of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CitiKYC.
  • Assists with the creation of scenarios for new requirements developed by POD’s.
  • Assist in the coordination of the staging of data with the local countries to ensure the successful execution of test cases.
  • Works with the GCB UAT lead on the allocation of test scripts for each testing cycle based upon agreed upon testing cycles.
  • Assists with test case execution of special test cases as required.
  • Assist in managing UAT test execution in the GCB UAT lead’s absence.
  • Assists in the creation of traceability matrixes, one for each release, which ties back test cases to the approved FRD.
  • Help with ensuring consistent implementation of project management methodology, tools, and reporting at country, regional, global level according to GAML PMO standards as well as with corporate standards.
  • Assists in the development and execution of project management tasks such as project schedule, documentation, and coordination
  • Participates in PODs as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of SDLC concepts
  • Four or more years of experience interfacing with Business teams for requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with the Business/Stakeholders and technology partners to understand business and functional requirements
  • Acting as liaison between the business owners and the technical team, and provide project management support
  • Proven ability to manage aggressive project schedules, and guide teams to stay on target with changes/testing so that milestone dates are met.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Communicates effectively with staff including Senior Management and builds effective business relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects areas with changing priorities and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction and resolve issues with creative solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly with people from different geographies and cultures.
  • Must be able to interact with cross functional teams and should be able to effectively communicate with Senior Management, for presentations, decision making and problem resolution.
  • Must be persuasive and capable of working in groups. Ability to collaborate with others to achieve objectives: leverage other people's skills and expertise
  • Should be able to work to extended working hours due to global time zone variances.
  • Highly intellectual in character requiring exercise of discretion and judgment related to proposed changes to the Business.
  • Must be able to follow projects that require very detailed analysis due to the impact to the businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Must be able to sift through complexity and see issues clearly. Must have analytical inquisitiveness and problem solving ability; an ability to ask insightful questions, break analytical challenges into workable components and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • 5-8 years of experience

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
