Day to day Responsibilities:

• Leading the adoption of our MicroStation and Civil solutions within our existing and potential user base. This will entail engagement with users for all aspects of their business.
• Performing MicroStation and Civil solutions related activities such as installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the software; defining user specific workflows, delivering trainings and staying current with upgrades, updates and patches.
• Resolving users' application questions or problems in the areas of software configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.
• Enabling successful user outcomes through our User Advancement program by maintaining close contact with local users and giving relevant feedback both on software and sales requirements
• Supporting product and license sales with benefit oriented, workflow specific demonstrations that promote Bentley solutions for MicroStation and Civil in close collaboration with our sales and technical teams
• Assisting with reseller technical development within the region, presenting workshops and seminars as required.
• Assisting in enhancing product quality and standards development. Working closely with product development groups based on local software requirements and user input.
• Maintain awareness of relevant industry trends, best practices and government regulations.
• Be able to define and convey account-specific configuration & enhancement needs to meet specific business requirements.
• Conduct remote and in person trainings, workshops and seminar both internally and externally to end users and system administrators
• Assist in the creation of project proposals for both fixed fee and time and material projects.
• Flexible attitude and willing/ able to travel

Skills and Qualifications

• Building/ Construction Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5+ Years relevant industry experience, incl. knowledge of BIM workflows and processes
• Experience with 3D MicroStation/Civil software is a must, experience with Bentley Software preferred; ability to learn and effectively demonstrate Bentley solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills including client facing demonstrations, with the ability to explain complex issues and solutions to audiences of different levels of knowledge and seniority
• Outgoing and extrovert personality with strong team working and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English, German and Polish, oral and written; additional languages advantageous
