Responsibilities:

1 Regularly observe the civil operations of the contractor to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programs (including short term planning and Contract program).

2 Monitor Supervision company reports, inspections and remedial actions in civil part.

3 Bidding-prepare the technical document and participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project

4 Implementation-take full responsibility for the civil part of project implementation including design, tendering, application for government approval, kickoff preparation, construction, completion and guarantee period.

5 Draft civil related project plan and project report, join project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party after the confirmation from PM.

Requirements:

1.Degree of civil ,structure engineering or construction management;

2.Certified first level civil constructor (preferred)

3. At least 5 years of relevant work in civil, structure engineering or construction and project management;

4.Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code;

5.Familiarity with government approvals process;

6.Moderate in both written and spoken English;

7.Moderate level of communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill;

8.Must be able to be on site and travel.
