Your responsibilities

• According to the project design contract, project survey and design specification, project bidding documents, project bid documents and relevant national and local standards, regulations, to cooperate with the building structural engineer, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineer and production engineering team of this project to manage the full process of design. To coordinate and solve civil technical issues.
• To supervise the design progress of the design institute to ensure that the design progress is completed at the time node specified in the project contract.
• To participate in the management of project design contracts, strictly implement the provisions of design contracts, ensure the completion of design contract performance, and assist in handling disputes and claims during the implementation of design contracts.
• To participate in geological survey before construction, drawing review and design submission.
• To be responsible for acceptance inspection of civil construction concealed works, elevation review, design change and technical and quality issues handling of quality control, progress control.
• To cooperate with the construction unit to prepare the overall civil construction schedule according to the civil contract and the overall layout of the new factory. To review the construction organization design and construction plan of construction unit, propose rationalization suggestions, and supervise the implementation.
• To strictly supervise the construction quality and participate in civil engineering inspection and acceptance inspection according to the requirements of the civil contract, design drawings and related specifications.
• To be responsible for controlling the on-site construction progress, assisting in the breakdown and adjustment to ensure the completion of the civil schedule.
• To supervise and control the construction cost of civil project according to the project construction budget and ensure the realization of the cost control goals of civil projects.
• To participate in on-site civil contract management, strictly implement the provisions of civil contracts, ensure the completion of civil contract performance, and assist in handling disputes and claims during the implementation of civil contracts.
• To participate in the management of information exchange, information transmission and information handling among on-site construction units, supervision, and civil construction units.
• To be responsible for the contact with archives management and pre-acceptance of data, and organize the delivery and inspection of completed archives.
• To complete other tasks assigned by the factory move project department.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree or above, related majors in industrial and construction engineering, civil engineering, etc., engineer title or above, with relevant industry qualification certificate is preferred.
• 5 years of working experience in the civil engineering.
• Familiar with civil engineering management and related technologies, quality standards and specifications at the construction site.
• English CET4 score of 425 or above, which can meet the needs of writing, listening and speaking in English when working on this project.
• Proficiency in computer drawing software, MS-Office software, including: AutoCAD etc.
• Have good overall management ability and problem-solving ability, good communication and collaboration ability, strong sense of responsibility and strong team awareness.
• EPC or PMC management experience is preferred.
