Position Purpose & Summary
Along with continually development of project in Songyuan plant, we need more professional civil engineer to fill related positions in projects

Principal Accountabilities主要职责
1.20% - civil standard making for Songyuan plant, even further CSST plants. Work with group civil function to standardize the civil construction. 土建标准制定，针对于松原工厂，甚至整个CSST中国事业部工厂。与集团土建技术团队协同工作，制定全球嘉吉统一标准

2.20% - work with design institute for standard making, drawing checking, design progress follow-up. Organize design hand-over and related technical exchanges between civil contractor and DI协同设计工作，设计审查，标准制定，设计进度跟踪, 组织相关土建交底，负责设计和土建承包商之间的技术沟通

3.10% - work with civil contractor and supervision company to manage, supervise and audit onsite , including quality, safety, cost and progress 协调施工单位、监理单位，进行土建现场管理,监督及审核，包括质量，安全，费用和进度，

4.10%- Participate civil related permitting during the entire project, organize or join related process acceptance and final acceptance 参与项目过程中土建相关报审报批，并做好文件整理工作，参与建筑、结构工程过程验收及竣工预验收工作;

5.10%- Work for civil transition work to other disciple engineer such as equipment, piping and EIA, 组织现场工序移交，移交给如设备，管道，电/仪等相关专业

6.20%- Draft RFQ for civil related bid package and work with procurement for bid clarification, technical bid evaluation in order to assist project team to make a decision, 起草编制土建相关招标文件，与采购协同工作，在招标过程中负责技术答疑，编制技术评比表，供项目团队选择供应商提供基础数据。

7.10%- Assist function lead or BPM to draft civil related budget，and work with project controller to related budget information such as update change order 协助建设项目经理编制土建相关预算, 协助项目控制工程师，完成土建相关成本数据的更新，如设计变更，签证单等

Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills 教育背景，工作经验，专业技能
1.Minimum Required Qualifications 最低要求

• University or college graduated，bachelor of civil engineering 本科学历，建筑工程或土木工程专业
• more than 10years civil experience,十年以上土建相关工作经验，
• Auto CAD and Microsoft program 熟练AutoCAD，及办公软件操作
• English speaking, reading, writing 英语，听，说，读，写
• Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills; relatively solid knowledge on building structure and architecture具有较强的组织、协调和沟通能力；具有较扎实的建筑结构、土木工程专业基础知识和技能；
• Strong professionalism and professionalism, positive working attitude, serious and responsible work attitude, clear and rigorous work; 较强的事业心和敬业精神，积极向上的工作心态，认真负责的工作态度，工作条理分明、严谨细致；

2.Preferred Qualifications 更合适的要求

• PMP certification PMP认证证书
• experience in chemical industry, in foreign company，外企经验及化工/生化化工项目经验
