Job Description

协助部门主管，负责公司各项基础建设的管理、监督工作，协调管理各类建筑施工供应商；

负责组织安排各施工单位进场，审核施工组织安排及施工单位施工范围；

负责施工单位日常施工进度和质量的监督,指导施工土木建筑工程，并提供现场技术支持；

协助相关部门参与项目土建、结构的设计工作；

对公司房屋及各类建筑设施进行安全评估，并提出解决方案并跟踪实施 负责协调施工单位与监理公司之间的关系；

负责解决现场土建工程的施工问题，并向项目设计组反应现场存在的设计问题，协助项目设计组提出设计问题解决方案；

做好图纸、技术文件的审核工作，对工程变更洽商和项目文件资料做好归档工作；

承办直接主管或上级领导交办的其他工作。
