YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take responsibility for processing and execution of construction projects in the life science sector, taking into account very high requirements for
  occupational safety, quality, costs and timelines
• Coordinate and consult in civil engineering and infrastructure construction projects at home and abroad
• Independently implement feasibility studies, concept planning and cost estimates of projects in the fields of civil engineering and infrastructure
  responsibility, in particular for road construction, urban water management, hydraulic engineering, landfill and demolition projects
• Process internal project applications as well as coordinate and support external approval processes
• Take responsibility for the preparation of plans and tenders including their review and approval
• Work in integrated teams with different disciplines as well as manage external planning and engineering providers and contractors for the
  realization of construction projects
• Prepare and participate in the awarding of planning and construction contracts
• Execute acceptances, settlements and handovers as well as ensure proper documentation and warranty monitoring

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed university studies in engineering sciences, preferably civil engineering with a focus on underground engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of civil engineering/infrastructure construction measures
• Ideally experience in the organization and control of planning and construction processes in the GMP environment
• Experience in the evaluation and disposal of harmful substances is beneficial
• Knowledge of current regulations and guidelines of the fee regulations for architects and engineers (HOAI) and the award and contract
  regulations (VOB)
• Very good user knowledge of common MS Office products and CAD software systems
• Distinct understanding of interfaces in the cooperation of different trades and disciplines as well as good handling of high complexity with regard
  to stakeholder and conflict management
• Joy in international challenges and willingness to travel
• Very good German and English language skills both written and spoken
