• B.S. in Civil / Structural Engineering; higher degree will be an asset.
• Structural design experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel.
• In-depth knowledge of structural codes and standards. It would be an asset to have someone who has experience in U.S. Standards such as AISC,ASCE, IBC,UBC, ACI and ASME.
• Proficiency in Civil/Structural design software would be an asset.
• Effective report and technical specification writing skills requirements and techniques.
• Responsible for providing support to site construction and engineering teams on site related issues and providing design solutions on construction specifications/drawings.
• Evaluations and response to questions/requests on design documents.

• Excellent understanding of relevant office computer software, e.g. MsWord, MS Excel, MsOutlook; and use of Auto CAD.
• Site engineering experience as an expat will be a great asset.
• Must have nuclear design background.
• 1 person in Sanmen, Zhejiang Province or in Haiyang of Shandong Province
