岗位职责

• Marine and casualty claim handling, which is raised by the policies managed by Guangdong branch；

• Support BD to approach new business under marine and casualty line, if needed

• Reply the enquiries from Insureds/Brokers/Agencies around marine and casualty claim business;

• Claim data analysis and provide risk comments to Underwriters and BDs;

• Settle the complaints from the Insured/Brokers/Agencies

• Other work assigned by claim line head and/or claim dept head

任职资格

• Bachelor degree with engineering or insurance;

• 3 years or above as marine claim handler in international loss adjusters or international insurance company

• Be familiar with inland transit policy and ICC policy wording

• Be fair in English (CET 6 Certificate)

• Be skillful in MS Office

• Casualty claim handling experience is preferred.
