Claim management as Daimler representative in JV plant BBAC conducts the claim for all imported components and engines from Daimler Germany. The main task is to transfer the claim information to suppliers and lead plants, push problem solving and ensure BBAC production.
- Inter-divisional coordination in regards of Problem Solving processes in close cooperation with all involved departments (e.g. Backoffice, Logistic, Quality parts BBAC, etc.) and external suppliers for the imported powertrain (mainly engine) components and complete engine.
- Data input of each claim issue into the Daimler system (SQMS) according to the standard. Secure that all data are valid and correct. Collect and distribute all relevant costs via SQMS in order to be able to charge the supplier.
- Establishment and maintaining of communication channels to other quality management organization at plants worldwide, especially Lead plants to ensure experience exchange.
- Methodological and process-related support along the continuous improvement activities within Parts Quality Assurance.
- Support Problem Solving Processes in daily business. Exchange and share own experience and contribute to improve Quality and Processes between BBAC and Daimler Quality Management.
- Daily Work with interface to Parts Quality BBAC, Backoffice and MP organization as well as external suppliers in case of standards of Daimler parts (specifications, appearance, etc.)
