Job objectives:
- Process claim cases within TAT and good quality
- Give customer the best experience in their journey with responsive, transparent and empathy.

Job responsibilities:

• Review medical documents and provide feedback for medical assumption
• Process clean case immediately after case submitted with TAT within same day.
• Proactively and clearly communicate coverages, policies, terms, and claim status. Ensure customers know what is happening and why. Understands what the next steps and isn’t left wondering what they need to do.
• Handle all type of claims, including verify eligible claim as honest and genuine, verify documents and information of the customer to make sure claim is genuine, point out any untrue, inconsistent information, forged document, and discrepancies
• Do translation into English claims documents as necessary and do claim report for investigation result and investigated information as well as claim verification and send to Reinsurer to get approval.
• Do back office work such as system checking and update for claim eligible and claim responsibilities.
• Report to management problems and issues that may affect the performance of service quality and standards and any trend with implication fore management response.

Job requirements:

• Education – University Graduate
• At least 3 – 4 years working in Claims team of a life insurance company.
• Certifications/licenses – LOMA certificate 280, 290
• Special skills: Good in communication and interpersonal skill, decision-making skill, management skill and planning skill. Medical background is preferred
• Customer Service Mindset
• Good in English speaking and writing
