Major responsibilities:
Understand and handle simple Travel insurance claims cases
Assist in simple Travel claims processing work
Support claims data input
Assist team to close file daily
Assist team with cheque requisition & cancellation cheque arrangement
Assist team with daily administrative work
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
A minimum of 1 year working experiences in administration or operation
Customer oriented, initiative and positive working attitude
Good numerical sensitivity and attentive to details
Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate has solid Travel /General Insurance claims experiences will be consider as Officer
