Job Descriptions

• Assist in General Insurance Claims handling including
  1. Reception of clients;
  2. Processing of claims and other office administration;
  3. Court attendance;
  4. Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Assist in coordinating work with Customer Service, Underwriting and Accounting
• Assist in compiling and analysis of claims related statistics and projects

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years or above in General Insurance Claims handling experiences;
• Able to handle Motor, Accident, EC & other GI claims under minimal supervision;
• Good PC skills in MS Word & Excel;
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Responsible, hardworking, co-operative and good team player
