Job Description:

• To engage and efficiently resolve insurance claims subject to the policy contract and case merits
• Handle claims cases via telephone or emails in a fair manner and in line with Company's policies and protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above; insurance qualification or legal knowledge and/or background would be an advantage
• Fresh Graduates are very encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical and lateral thinking required
• Positive and self-motivated

**Renewal of contract will be subject to business needs and individual performance.
