Job Description
We are urgently looking for an English teacher to join our Branch school in Jinan, Shandong pronvince.
Compared with those capital cities, or other large and medium-size cities in China, the city has few advantages and lacks a metropolitan atmosphere, the highlight being its numerous springs. Some people say Jinan's glamour is not merely its enticing natural beauty, but more the warmth of the local people.
The basic salary will be 9000Rmb salary + 2000Rmb Housing allowance. If you need the apartment, you can accept the school apartment without taking housing allowance. There will be only 15 teaching hours per week. Over 15 teaching hours, the school will pay teachers 150-180 RMB per hour. After probation, usually you have about 18-20 teaching hours a week, then you can earn another 2000-5000Rmb per month, depending on how many part-time hours you take.Your final income can be upto 15000-16000RMB per month.
We are a training centre company for young learners aged 2 – 6 and 6 - 12. Our primary focus is with kindergarten but we are also expanding to offer a highly engaging learning environment for children of primary school age.
Our class size is for ten children or less, most classes average seven or eight. The learning environment is designed to be as much fun as possible, using our in-house software and interactive reading books. Full training, lesson planning guides, songs and videos as well as materials and teaching aids are all provided.
The details of the position are as follows:
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare lessons well and perform English lessons coordinating with Chinese teaching assistants.
2. Assess children's work, including reading, writing and speaking and art work.
3. Take an active part in School’s social activities.
4. Take part in teaching seminars and training.
Qualifications:
A candidate who has a TEFL/TESOL qualification or any BA degree is preferred.
Compensation:
1. Workload：15 teaching hours per week; (overtime also available)
2. Basic Salary：9000-11000RMB （9000RMB-11000 salary and 1000-2000RMB housing）
3.Bonus:2000-5000RMB per month
4. Visa：Assist process and pay for Z/F visa during working period;
5. Other benefits such as air ticket (paid on completion of 12 month contract) and term bonus (paid at the start of the new semester)
