Overall Role Prupose:

To smoothen the communication between customers, DHL import custom department and Taiwan Customs Administration Ministry, and to improve the efficiency of customs clearance.

Key Activities:

• Contact the customers and provide them the instruction of preparing for the customs clearance related documents.
• Assist Customs Clearance Supervisors to classify the shipments according to Taiwan national import tariffs regulations.
• Proactively spot the import clearance process improvement opportunities and be able to lead the process improvemnt project.
