Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Support routine clerical duties and general duties
  • Responsible for inventory control (including purchasing, good receiving, inventory record update, stock check, billing processes and store room management)
  • Carry out data entry and sample log in, prepare reporting, filing
  • Assist maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • Carry assignment works of the supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Must have basic clerical skills, such as: typing/Word Processing, filing, purchasing and be computer literate
  • Self-initiative, responsible, with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written in English & Cantonese
  • Working hours: From 10:00am to 7:00pm
  • Willing to work in laboratory environment and able to follow all laboratory safety rules
  • Fresh graduate with passion will also be considered
  • Immediately available is preferable
