Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Support routine clerical duties and general duties
- Responsible for inventory control (including purchasing, good receiving, inventory record update, stock check, billing processes and store room management)
- Carry out data entry and sample log in, prepare reporting, filing
- Assist maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Carry assignment works of the supervisor
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Must have basic clerical skills, such as: typing/Word Processing, filing, purchasing and be computer literate
- Self-initiative, responsible, with good interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written in English & Cantonese
- Working hours: From 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Willing to work in laboratory environment and able to follow all laboratory safety rules
- Fresh graduate with passion will also be considered
- Immediately available is preferable
