Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.: 498387) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience. They should have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency (including MS Word and MS Excel); good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work independently and in a team environment; and be able to handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details.

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support in the Jockey Club Mindful School Culture Project or the Jockey Club Water Initiative on Sustainability and Engagement Project (JC-WISE). He/She will assist in programme/event logistic and implementation as well as perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
