Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • • Assist in ad-hoc assignment(s) as required.
    • Prepare sales invoices & statements & maintain records
    • Liaise with clients on any queries and discrepancies of invoices
    • Chase receivables
    • Data entry
    • General clerical work
    • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements/Qualification

  • • F. 5 or DSE graduate
    • At least 1 year working experience
    • Good PC skills (MS Office, Window)
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Willing to work under pressure and overtime
    • Immediate availability is preferred

Working Days

  • Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
