Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform data analysis on sales activities, routine & adhoc projects and prepare consolidated reports
2. Work with business users on workflows and process management tools to support routine and adhoc sales operations
3. Collect requirements from business users on workflows and IT system enhancement. Co-ordinate with different stakeholders on IT system upgrade, solutions implementation and maintenance.
4. Provide master data support, sales ordering and various support

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree holder with major in Business Information System or similar disciplines
2. With previous working experience on system management and report preparation is an advantage
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
5. Strong sense of responsibility and a proven ability to work independently and under pressure
6. Mature, systematic, well-organized and detailed oriented with good numerical skills
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
