Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Type and check tests/inspection reports/certificates
  • Receive phone calls and take messages
  • Coordinate staff to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently
  • Filing and up-keeping with documents and record
  • Maintain confidentiality of test results and information
  • Provide general clerical support in office  

Requirements/Qualification 

  • Form 5 or above
  • With at least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Excellent typing skill
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred 

 Working Days 

  •  Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
