Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Type and check tests/inspection reports/certificates
- Receive phone calls and take messages
- Coordinate staff to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently
- Filing and up-keeping with documents and record
- Maintain confidentiality of test results and information
- Provide general clerical support in office
Requirements/Qualification
- Form 5 or above
- With at least 1 year relevant working experience
- Excellent typing skill
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and overtime
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
Working Days
- Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
