Requirements 

• HKCEE / DSE / IVE / Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder
  
• 0 - 3 years’ Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain experience 
• Previous working experience in buying office or buying agent or sourcing office or trading or manufacturing or logistics companies is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, such as Vlookup and Pivot Table
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
  

Responsibilities

• Logistics arrangement
• Handle shipping documents
• Handle inquiry of buyers for shipments and order tracking
  
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers and EU head office, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments
• Prepare monthly reports
