•  Minimum 8 years experience in the Clerk of Works capacity or at least 5 years experience as an on-site inspector;  

•  Experience in the supervision of work carried out under contracts for superstructure, curtain wall and external cladding installation, interior fitting out works ;

•  A Hong Kong Polytechnic or T.I. Diploma / HC in Building or Building Studies, or equivalent; 

•  Passes in Chinese and English Language (Syl. B) HKCEE or equivalent; 

•  Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; 

•  Good knowledge of construction details, curtain wall and external cladding details and construction methods.

•  6 days per week.
