Our client is one of the leading Real Estate Developers in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a Clerk of Works to join their team for the upcoming construction projects across China and Hong Kong.

Working with the Building team, you will monitor building works of a large local property development project, deal with all technical matters and construction works on site, and liaise with consultants / contractors to ensure that work progress and site safety.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with hand-on skills in dealing with construction management in residential projects
• Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services and construction details
• Track record in inspection and report of a construction site
• Exposure in residential projects for developer
• Good command in English and Chinese
